So…you’ve seen us on Instagram, Youtube, Google, have been recommended or have come across our reviews on Trustpilot? You’ve set your budget and you’ve spoken to the relevant people; what’s next? There are a few key things to consider:
At Bifold Shop we pride ourselves on our transparent process from start to finish; we consider ourselves to be true experts in this field. We do not sub-contract at any level in the business, from first phone call right through to year ten (in your installation guarantee) you will have a point of contact within the business that works for us full-time. We think this is one of our unique trust points when a customer starts their journey with us.
From the first call with one of our friendly, knowledgeable sales team you will feel at ease; they will make sure they educate you even if you start with no knowledge of Bifold doors or glazing. By the time you go outsourcing quotes from other companies, they will arm you with the right questions to ask. This will put you in the driving seat rather than feeling bamboozled.
Once you have decided, you will be carefully passed onto a dedicated accounts manager who will be your direct contact right through to installation. Their job is all about detail and they are exceptionally thorough. You will be kept up to date with progress and dates so that you can start making plans for the next part of your project.
When it comes to installation day, your account manager will pass you onto your installation team. Our installers will call you when they are an hour away; they will tidily unpack, install, finish and demonstrate your brand new Aluminium Bifold doors. We are proud of our installation team, they have many years of fitting experience and are proud to work for us full-time. We will never sub-contract this part of the business out, this way, we keep full control of the service, quality and process. Our installers love what they do, and you’ll see this when they’re on site; always smiling and laughing yet keeping an exceptional level of service and workmanship.
You can of course opt for our ‘Supply Only’ service, but we will always try to take the pressure from yourself; as you will have a multitude of things to project manage. With Bifold Shop, you can confidently pick up the phone, tell us what you’d like and know that this part of your project or extension will be dealt with by absolute specialists in this field, you will always have a point of contact here in the office to relieve any of your concerns around the glazing side of it. Our account managers (Fiona, Gabbi, Max, Gemma and Hannah) will always welcome your call with warmth and knowledge.
