Origin Patio Doors, or French Doors as they are also known, can be manufactured to fit apertures ranging from 940mm x 2400mm. And, for total flexibility, fixed panes (also known as ‘flags’) can be added on either side of the doors allowing them to fit into apertures of up to 3.8m. We understand that every home is different and that is why we offer the Origin range, we are certain that you will find a style that you love and that fits perfectly with your individual style.

The key differences between the Artisan Slider OS-20 and the Patio Slider OS-29/OS-44/OS-77 are the panel sizes they can accommodate and the sightlines they achieve. With thinner sightlines, wider panels and a modern selection of handles, the Artisan Slider OS-20 allows for maximum natural light flow. With three different sightlines available the Patio Slider OS-29/OS-44/OS-77 from Origin can be installed in as little as one week if ordered in a standard colour!
Both ranges of Origin Sliding Doors are available in over 150 RAL colours with several handle options meaning you will soon find the perfect fit for your home and personal style. The powder coating on Origin products is not just there to create a stunning finish, it is also scratch-resistant, low maintenance, and is included in the Origin warranty of up to 20 years.
Origin Patio Doors can be securely locked using a unique 8-point locking system, which exceeds both Secured By Design and PAS 23/24 standards. Origin have done the research and found that doors with locking cylinders/barrels can be the biggest point of weakness in a door. That’s why they use cylinders that are proven to protect against snapping, picking, drilling and bumping.
The Artisan Slider OS-20 had a minimum of six points of locking as well as low e-toughened glass and no lock on the outside to be picked by intruders. Both the Patio Slider OS-44 and OS-77 lock directly into the door jamb, and come with a range of options for handle and lock combinations; each of which have been meticulously tested to ensure they are resistant to common housebreaking techniques. The OS-77 conforms to the rigorous security standards of PAS 24:2016.
