Our Story: The Journey Behind Bifold Shop

Bifold Shop was born 20 years ago out of a desire to make bifold doors more accessible and available to homeowners and businesses across the UK. Our founders, Alan and Sally-Ann, recognised a gap in the market for affordable yet premium bifold doors that provided exceptional performance, aesthetics and longevity to customers in need.

Sally-Ann’s background in customer service and supplier relationships was something we were keen to instill in the business. Plus, with Alan’s background in construction, we had great knowledge of the typical customer pain points in the industry and how these can be best addressed. 

With a passion for transforming spaces and providing real value to customers, we set out to create a company that was built on trust, quality and customer satisfaction. We’re a customer-driven company that adapts to the market with our offerings, always ensuring a seamless process. What started as a small venture has now grown into a respected name in the bifold door industry – and our group has since grown to around 30 members across our customer service, sales and installation teams!
