3 Pane Bifolds Supplied and Installed in Battersea

As is the case with so many terraced homes in London, built 100 years ago, the kitchen is a small dark after thought at the back of the house. In those days the idea of open plan living was not even a concept. This case study demonstrates how opening up the back of the house and installing bi-fold doors brings the house up to date, allowing a much larger, brighter living space that every family wants. The Scope of the Project

When we purchased our property approximately 18 months ago we immediately realised that the small galley kitchen would not meet our growing family’s needs.  We knew that we would need a wraparound extension downstairs to achieve our desire for open plan living and although this would eat into our small garden the installation of the Visofold 1000 3 Pane Bifold doors in White would make the transition from inside to outside seamless and both of these spaces would appear larger and more attractive. The timescale was exactly what we were anticipating from our initial enquiry, a quotation including installation was with us within 24 hours. I was then happy to place my order within the next week and agree the date when our aperture would be ready to be surveyed.  The Surveyor complimented us on how accurate the aperture was to the measurements that we had provided which made our builders very happy!
